What is a "Release On-Hold" and how do I fix it?
What to do if your release status changes to On-Hold.
If your release status is marked as On-Hold, it means our Quality Control (QC) team found an issue that prevents us from sending your music to stores.
Common reasons include:
- Incorrect artwork size or low-quality visuals.
- Metadata mismatches (e.g., title on cover doesn't match the form).
- Sample clearance/copyright concerns.
How to fix it: Check your email or the support ticket tab in your portal. You will see a specific reason explaining what is wrong. Once you update the required files or info in the portal, reply to the ticket, and our team will review it again within 24–48 hours.
