Sample Clearance and Copyright Policy

Rules regarding beats, loops, and unauthorized samples.

You must own 100% of the rights to the audio you upload. LunaNova Music Group has a zero-tolerance policy for copyright infringement.

What is NOT allowed:

• Using samples from other songs (even if they are pitched, reversed, or slowed down) without a commercial license.
• Using "free beats" from YouTube unless you have a signed lease agreement permitting commercial distribution.
• Unofficial remixes or mashups.

If our system detects copyrighted material, your release will be rejected, and repeated offenses will result in account termination.
